We built Blue Ocean Angels after our experience with two Philippines-based VAs, Novie and Jaira. Novie's skill sets were game changing to our early operations, while Jaira's mistreatment by her client highlighted industry issues.
We developed a better model that assists businesses scale with cost-effective offshore talent while protecting and valuing VAs.
